摘  要:目的调查社区2型糖尿病患者的自我管理水平,分析其与健康素养之间的关系,探讨自我效能在其中的中介效应。方法采用自行设计的问卷对北京市120例社区2型糖尿病患者进行调查。结果 75.00%的患者自我管理水平处于中等偏低水平;63.33%的患者不具备健康素养;自我管理、自我效能、健康素养三者之间均存在显著相关关系,自我效能作为中介变量对自我管理产生影响。结论 2型糖尿病患者的自我管理以及健康素养水平均偏低;自我效能在2型糖尿病患者健康素养与自我管理之间起部分中介作用。Objective To understand the status of self - management of patients with type 2 diabetes, analyze the relationship between health literacy and self - management, and explore the mediating effect of self - efficacy between them. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were chosen from community in Beijing. A self - designed questionnaire was employed this survey. Results The rate of low self - management and low health literacy of patients was 75.00% and 63.33% , respectively. Self- management, health literacy and self- efficacy were significantly correlated with each other. Self- efficacy was a partial mediator. Conclusion The level of self - management and health literacy of patients with type 2 diabetes is low, and self - efficacy plays a partial mediating effect between them.
