摘　　要：目的了解护理管理者压疮相关知识掌握现状。方法采用自行设计的护理管理者压疮相关知识调查问卷,对77名护理管理者压疮相关知识掌握情况进行调查。结果护理管理者压疮相关知识标准化得分为(63.84±10.43)分,不同工作年限、学历及职称的护理管理者压疮相关知识得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但护理管理者是否在压疮发生高危人群科室的得分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理者压疮相关知识总体掌握欠佳,知识更新不及时,需对护理管理者采取多种方式进行压疮相关知识系统培训,从而提升压疮管理水平。Objective To investigate the related knowledge mastering status of pressure ulcer among nursing administrators. Method A total of 77 nursing administrators were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire on pressure ulcer related knowledge of nursing administrators. Results The standardized score of pressure ulcer related knowledge in nursing administrators was （63.84±10.43）. There was no statistically significant differences in the scores of pressure ulcer related knowledge of nursing administrators with different work experiences, education backgrounds and professional titles （ P 〉 0.05 ）. However, there was significant difference whether they worked in a pressure ulcer high - risk department or not （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing administrators generally lack of enough pressure ulcer knowledge and the knowledge is not updated timely. The comprehensive training programs should be taken to improve pressure ulcer management level.
