摘　　要：目的探讨重大疾病预警及追踪机制在体检中心的应用与效果。方法采用设定信息系统预警项目、建立追踪预警项目登记表格、设立专职护士负责进行预警筛选,对阳性结果及可疑结果及时通知并分类追踪,及时登记并报告等方法。结果实行规范化管理后,发现和诊断恶性肿瘤患者48例,早中期39例,占81.25%,患者均得到及时有效的治疗。无一例恶性肿瘤漏诊。结论加强体检预警及追踪机制的规范化管理,健全体检制度和文件管理,可维护体检者和医务人员双方的权益。Objective To explore the effects of serious disease warning and tracking mechanism were applied in physical examination center. Methods The measures included identifying warning items, designing registration form, making a special nurse responsible for the carly warning screening,timely notifying important positive results and suspicious results, classified tracking, doing the registration and reporting, and so on. Results After the implementation of standardized management, there were 48 patients diagnosed as malignant tumor,39 cases in early and midterm stage, accounting for 81.25 %. All the patients were received timely and effective treatment. No cases of malignant tumor was missed diagnosis. Conclusion Strengthening the standardized management of examination warning and tracking mechanism, perfecting the examination system and file management could maintain the rights and interests of physical examination person and medical personnel.
