品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用与效果。方法通过对2011年上半年产科护理缺陷资料的分析和质量检查、患者反馈等识别存在或潜在的风险问题。根据分类分别成立了新生儿护理、孕产妇护理、护理病历书写、健康教育4个品管圈小组,开展相关质量改进。结果新生儿护理缺陷发生率降低;孕产妇知识掌握率及满意度、护理病历书写质量合格率提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动应用在产科护理风险管理中,可降低产科护理缺陷的发生率。Objective To explore the application and effects of quality control circle in the risk management of obstetric nursing. Methods The existing or potential risk problems were indentified through the data analysis of obstetric nursing defects and quality inspection, patient feedbacks in the first half of 2011. Four quality control circle teams of neonatal nursing, obstetric nursing, writing of nursing records and health education were established. And then the work of related quality improvement was carried out. Results The rate of nursing defects in neonatal care was reduced, pregnant related knowledge and patient satis- faction of pregnant women and the quality of nursing records were increased. All the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the risk management of obstetric nursing can reduce the incidence of nursing defects.
