摘 要:于2011年6月26日、7月23日和8月26日对不同放牧强度下,被采食羊草和未被采食羊草进行了光合色素含量的研究。在测试期间,被采食与未被采食羊草叶片的光合色素含量有显著差异;且前者的光合色素含量低于后者。随着放牧强度的增大,被采食羊草的叶片的叶绿素含量随着放牧强度增大呈复杂的变化趋势,后者则呈线性下降变化;而前者的类胡萝卜素呈上升趋势,后者呈下降—升高的趋势。二者Chl a+b最大值出现在7月23日,最小值出现在8月26日。此外,随着放牧强度的加强,二者的光合色素差异加剧,并受到生长季节的影响。The photosynthetic pigments of grazed and ungrazed Leymus chinensis were tested at different grazing intensities,on June 26th,July 23rd and August 26th,in 2011.Photosynthetic pigments of grazed and ungrazed Leymus chinensis have had significant differences during the testing period.The content of photosynthetic pigments of former were lower than the latter.The chlorophyll of grazed has presented complex trend with the increase of grazing intensities,while the changing pattern of ungrazed has showed linear decline.The carotenoid of grazed has expressed rising trend with the increase of grazing intensities,while the ungrazed has displayed fall,then upward tide.Their total content of chlorophyll a+b have dropped with the increase of grazing intensities.The maximum appeared on July 23rd,the minimum on August 26th.Furthermore,their photosynthetic pigements have varied dramatically with the increasing of grazing intensities,which has been influenced by the growing season.
