摘　　要：目的通过小鼠灌胃进行急性毒性实验,观察蛞蝓胶囊的安全性,为临床实验研究提供资料。方法小鼠一次性灌胃给药蛞蝓胶囊后,连续14 d观察受试动物的体重、摄食、饮水、便、尿及外界反应情况等一般状况,记录毒性反应出现的时间、症状表现、持续时间和死亡情况,计算半数致死量和最大耐受量。结果灌胃给药达8 800 mg.kg-1.d-1,连续14 d,小鼠没有死亡,未出现任何毒性反应,该剂量相当于70 kg成人临床1 d用量的880倍,半数致死量和最大耐受量测定未能测出。结论蛞蝓胶囊毒性较低,在规定剂量下服用是安全、可靠的。Objective To analyze the acute toxicity by intragastric gavage administrated with Slug capsule in mice, so as to observe its safety and to provide information for clinical studies. Methods The mice were treated with Slug capsule by intragastric gavage once. Their general condition, including weight, food intake, drinking, stool, urine, reaction for environment, was observed for 14 d. The time of toxic reaction emerge, phenotype of the symptom, duration of the toxic reaction, mortality rate, the half lethal dose （LDS0） and the maximum tolerated dose （MTD） were measured. Results The experimental mice were still alive without any toxic reaction by intragastric gavage for 14 d with the dose 8 800 mg·kg^-1·d^-1, which was equivalent to 880 times of clinical daily dosage of 70 kg adult. The LD50 and MTD of Slug capsule in this experiments had not been collected.Conclusion Slug capsule has showed low toxicity, it is safe and reliable to be taken at the prescribed does.
