参芪清热颗粒联合复方丹参注射、生脉注射液治疗急性白血病临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探究参芪清热颗粒联合复方丹参注射液、生脉注射液治疗急性白血病(Acute leukemia,AL)的疗效。[方法]将193例AL患者分为治疗组106例,对照组87例。对照组单纯给予国际标准化疗方案治疗;治疗组在此基础上采用复方丹参、生脉注射液逆转耐药并中药分阶段干预治疗,观察并比较两组疗效。[结果]治疗组初治患者有效率81.43%,与对照组初治有效率74.36%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);难治患者有效率69.44%,与对照组难治有效率38.46%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组白细胞最低值及感染率与对照组比较,变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);白细胞<2.0×109/L的持续时间及感染时间比对照组缩短(P<0.05);血制品的输注亦比对照组减少(P<0.05),心脏副作用减轻。[结论]采用益气养阴、活血化瘀中药制剂联合生脉、复方丹参注射液配合化疗治疗AL,能提高疗效,降低毒副作用,改善患者生存质量。[Objective] To explore cure effect for AL with Shenqi Qingre Granule Combined with Compound Danshen Injection and Shengmai Injection.[Method] Divide 193 cases into treatment group（n=106） and control group（n=87）.The control one treated with international standard plan;the treatment one,added with compound Salvia and Shengmai Injection reversing drug tolerance and intervened with TCM in stages;observe and compare their cure effect.[Result] The effective rate was 81.43% for original patients in treatment group,there＇s no statistical difference of statistical meaning compared with control group 74.36%;69.44% for refractory patients,with definite difference compared with control group 38.46%.There＇ no marked change in comparison of white cells lowest value and infection rate with control group;the continual and infection time for white cells2.0×109/L had shortened more than control group;the infusion of blood products was also less compared with control group,and the side effect of heart was relieved.[Conclusion] Taking drugs of nourishing Qi and Yin,activating blood circulation added with compound Salvia and Shengmai Injection together can markedly improve effective rate and reduce toxic and side effects,improve patients＇ life quality.
