自制中药协定方外敷会阴预防会阴感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察自制中药协定方外敷会阴,预防产后会阴感染的临床疗效。[方法]1580例会阴缝合过的产妇随机分为治疗组950例和对照组630例,治疗组每天用0.5%PVP-I消毒会阴早晚各一次后,再加用自制协定方外敷会阴,1次/d,对照组仅用0.5%PVP-I消毒会阴,2次/d。5-7天为1个疗程,疗效结束后进行疗效判定并记录,观察会阴疼痛及不适感的程度,会阴水肿情况,有无感染等,特别注意观察有无皮肤过敏反应。[结果]治疗组会阴舒适度明显高于对照组,会阴水肿、伤口感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自制中药协定方会阴局部湿热敷可减少术口感染,提高会阴舒适度。[Objective] Observation of external application of herbal prescription on perineal,prevention of postpartum perineal infection.[Method] 1580 cases of perineal suture pregnant women were randomly divided into the treatment group 950 cases and control group 630 cases,the treatment group with 0.5%PVP-I disinfecting perineum every day,Rixi of all time,coupled with the self-made prescription topical perineum,1 time/day,the control group only with 0.5%PVP-I disinfect perineum,2 times/day.5~7 days for a course of treatment,observe curative effect and record perineal pain and discomfort degree,perineal edema,without infection,with particular attention to observing whether there is an allergic skin reaction.[Result] Perineal comfort in treatment group was significantly higher than control group,perineal edema and wound infection rate was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Effects of Chinese herbal prescription in perineum local hot wet compress reduces postoperative mouth infection and improves the comfort of the perineum.
