协同创新视角下地方高校产学研合作的实现途径

摘　　要：从协同创新的视角看,地方高校产学研合作中存在着主体选择误区、模式选择偏差、协同创新能力不足等问题,需要地方高校与科研院所、企业、地方政府之间进行协同创新,进一步加强融合,发挥地方政府的引导作用,实施产业集群与学科集群的对接,开展多主体、多层次、跨学科的联合技术攻关,提升协同创新能力。In the collaborative innovation background, problems such as errors in subject selection, aberration in mode selection and inadequacy of collaborative innovation capacity exist in the industry-university-research cooperation of local colleges. Solutions to these problems require collaborative innovation and further integra- tion of the school, the research institute, the enterprise, and the local government. And in order to improve their collaborative innovation capacity, the local government should play its guiding role, and the industry complex and the discipline complex should work together to conduct muhi-subject, multi-level and interdisciplinary technology research.
