摘　　要：目的开发护理信息系统的延伸功能，为护理工作提供更科学、客观、有效的数据和精确的管理手段。方法在护理信息系统的基础上，拓展护理文书信息系统，开发护理管理信息系统，延伸辅助功能信息系统，同时对护理人员实施相应的信息化管理。结果护理信息系统延伸功能应用后科室月平均办公耗材支出成本、患者满意度、健康教育、基础护理、电子版护士长手册得分显著优于应用前（均P〈0．01）。结论护理信息系统延伸功能的开发与管理，有效提升了管理质量与效益及患者满意度，健全了人员培训机制。Objective To develop extending function of nursing information system, and to provide more sclentmc, oojecnve ano el- fective data and accurate management methods for nursing practice. Methods Based on the nursing information system, we expanded nursing documentation information system, de-~e~oped nulsing management information system, and extended assistant information system. Then information management was carried out on nursing staff. Results Monthly average expenditure on office supplies, pa- tient satisfaction, quality of health education and fundamental nursing, and scores of electronic version by head nurse manual were statistically improved after implement of the newly-developed nursing information system （P〈0. 01 for all）. Conclusion Develop- ment of extending function of the nursing information system and implementing it in clinic, can enhance management quality and ef- ficiency, hoist patient satisfaction, and improve training mechanism of staff.
