摘 要:目的探讨不同浓度、放置时间的盐酸胺碘酮溶液中不溶性微粒数的变化,为临床合理使用胺碘酮预防静脉炎提供依据。方法将盐酸胺碘酮注射液150 mg分别用5%葡萄糖溶液50 mL及100 mL稀释,混合均匀,测定放置0 h、1 h、3 h、6 h时混合液中的微粒数。结果高浓度组混合液不溶性微粒数显著多于低浓度组(P<0.01),相同浓度盐酸胺碘酮混合液放置不同时间其不溶性微粒数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸胺碘酮混合液中存在大量微粒,其微粒数与配制浓度有关,与配制后放置时间无关。建议临床操作时在不影响疗效的情况下,尽量使用低浓度的盐酸胺碘酮注射液,同时建议使用过滤孔径小的精密过滤输液器进行静脉输注。Objective To explore change patterns of insoluble particles in amiodarone hydrochloride with different concentrations and standby lengths, and to provide references for prevention of phlebitis. Methods Amiodarone hydrochloride injection solution (150 mg) was added in 5 % glucose solution (50 mL, 100 mL) respectively, then particles were tested immediately, and at 1st h, 3rd h and 6th h. Results The high concentration group produced significantly more insoluble particles than the low concentration group (P〈0. 01) ; there was no significant difference in insoluble particles in the same concentration solutions at different testing time points (P〉0.05). Conclusion A large number of particles exist in the mixture of amiodarone hydrochloride; the number of particles depends on concentration of solutions. Therefore, low amiodarone concentration is recommended if treatment effect permits, and infusion sets with a fine filter are suggested to be used for intravenous infusion of amiodarone hydrochloride.
