摘 要:目的探讨有效的高压氧舱内空气消毒方法。方法分别采用空气清菌片熏蒸法、紫外线照射法和次氯酸擦拭法三种方法对使用后的高压氧舱进行空气消毒各50次,比较空气消毒效果、作用时间及消毒成本。结果三种方法空气消毒后合格率均为100%,空气清菌片、紫外线和次氯酸作用时间分别为60 min、60 min、10 min,每次成本分别为1.0元、0.8元、0.6元。结论三种方法均可达到理想的消毒效果,空气清菌片适宜持续动态消毒,紫外线适宜终末消毒,次氯酸适宜两舱之间消毒。Objective To explore an effective method for air disinfection in hyperbaric chambers. Methods Air bacterial disinfectant tablets, ultraviolet ray, and hypochlorous acid were used to disinfect air in hyperbaric chambers after hyperbaric oxygen therapy for 50 times respectively. The disinfection effect, time consumption, and disinfection costs were compared. Results The disinfection ef- ficacy was 1000% by all three methods; the time consumption of air bacterial disinfectant tablets, ultraviolet ray, and hypochlorous acid was 60 min, 60 min, and 10 min respectively, with the costs of each disinfection being 1.0 RMB, 0.8 RMB, and 0.6 RMB re- spectively. Conclusion The above-mentioned three methods can achieve ideal disinfection effect. Air bacterial disinfectant tablets are recommended for continuously dynamic disinfection, ultraviolet ray for terminal disinfection, and hypochlorous acid for disinfection between two treatments.
