摘　　要：合理地规划和设计物流中心,对于减少物流系统给城市发展带来的负面影响,改善城市的交通和生态环境、优化城市的功能布局、增强城市的载体功能具有十分重要的意义。结合增长极(Growth Pole)理论,对发展区域物流中心城市进行分析,确定选址方位,并以乌鲁木齐市作为案例进行论述。The reasonable planning and design for the logistics center aims at reducing its incidental negative effects in accord with the city development, improving the city＇s traffic and ecological environment, optimizing the function of a city layout, and strengthening the urban carrier function. Combined with the Growth Pole theory, analysis is made on the development of the regional logistics center city, and determined the location in a case of Urumqi city.
