新会区甲型H1N1流感流行的风险评估

摘　　要：目的:研究新会区当前出现的甲型H1N1流感流行的风险,为制定科学有效的预防控制措施和策略提供依据。方法:通过对新会区甲型H1N1流感流行进行调查评估,根据调查结果确定甲型H1N1流感传播的风险因素。结果:对本区农村和城镇两个地区进行三次抽样调查,人群甲型H1N1流感总的抗体阳性率为22.29%,其中农村地区人群阳性率为25.83%,城区居民的阳性率为18.75%,各职业人群阳性率从高至低依次为:教师(33.33%)、医护人员(28.75%)、学生(22.57%)、其他人群(11.32%)、儿童(11.11%),居民对甲型H1N1流感的知晓率为42.91%,其中城镇居民明显高于农村居民。结论:通过分析当前新会区甲型H1N1流感情况,甲流病毒易传播的特点,人群抗体水平较低和人群对甲型H1N1流感的知晓率不高,预测甲型H1N1流感可能会再爆发,所以应确定流感大流行的高风险地区和最重要的风险因素,减少防控工作的被动性与盲目性,有针对性地采取预防控制措施。Objective To evaluate the risk of influenza A HIN1 influenza epidemic in Xinhui dis- trict in order to make scientific and effective prevention and control measures and strategy. Methods= H1N1 influenza epidemic risk in Xinhui district were investigated and evaluated based on which H1N1 influenza transmission risk factors were analyzed. Results. Three sample surveys conducted in both urban and rural area of this part showed that total positive rate of influenza A HIN1 influenza antibody for populations of this area was 22.29~, specifically, for rural population it was 25.83M for city residents the positive rate was 18.75%. Regarding to occupation, positive rate for teachers, health care workers, students, children and other population were 33.33M, 28. 75M, 22.57~, 11.11% and 11.23%. The awareness rate for city residents was 42.91~/0, significantly higher than that of rural residents. Conclusions. The positive rate of influenza A H1N1 influenza antibody for populations of this area is low, and awareness is poor, thus outbreak of pandemic influenza is possible, and prevention and control measures are necessary.
