摘　　要：数字图书馆是网络时代人们获取信息和知识的重要来源。伴随着数字图书馆实践的深入,各国政府都认识到数字图书馆的开发和利用在国家信息化战略、公共文化事业等方面的重要作用。文章借鉴了申农的通信系统模型,构建了基于公共文化事业和泛在知识环境的数字图书馆运行模式,并通过中国国家数字图书馆工程和美国记忆对该模式进行了分析。Digital library is not only the way people access to information but also an important source of knowledge.Along with the practice of digital library deeply,every country realize the digital library plays an important role in the national informatization strategy and public cultural undertakings.The analyses of the position and running mode of digital libraries are not only of benefit to Chinese digital library construction and research but also of benefit to Chinese the digital library cause.According to the communication system model of C.E.Shannon,based on public cultural undertakings and ubiquitous knowledge environment,this paper comes up with a digital library running mode,finally the model is demonstrated by the national digital library project and the American memory.Fig1.Ref20.
