摘  要:针对电镀金刚石工具的绿色回收问题,以热震法为基础,讨论了不同结构工具对热震过程的影响,采用有限元分析软件Abaqus模拟了电镀金刚石钻头的热震过程,分析了工具基体与磨料层之间的应力分布及其变化,并进行了热震试验。仿真结果表明,设置方槽和椭圆槽工具的界面比同位置不开槽工具界面产生更大的应力值,易出现疲劳破坏。试验结果中,在开槽附近的磨料层与基体首先产生了磨料层的脱落,验证了有限元分析的结果,证明具有开槽结构的电镀金刚石工具更易实现磨料层与基体的分离。Aiming at green recycling problem for scrap electroplated diamond tools, based on thermal shock; the in- fluence of different structure tools on thermal shock process was discussed. Taken electroplated diamond bit for example, thermal shock process was simulated by finite element software Abaqus, the distribution of thermal stress between tool sub- strate and abrasive layer was analyzed, and the thermal shock experiment was carried out. Simulation results showed that the tools with square groove or oval groove produced much larger stress value than the tools with no groove, and appeared fatigue damage easily. Experiment results showed that the abrasive layer near groove produced abrasive layer desquamation firstly, verified the finite element analysis results, and proved that electroplated diamond tool with groove is much easier to realize the separation of abrasive layer and substrate.
