摘  要:利用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)和甲乙酮肟(EMAO)为主要原料,合成了封端水性聚氨酯,并用FTIR红外光谱进行了表征;将合成的封端产物配制为质量浓度为120 g/L的整理乳液,棉织物经过二浸二轧(轧液率为60%~70%)和140℃焙烘等工序,其折痕回复角由138.73°提高到158.7°,经向断裂强力提高近14.2%,纬向断裂强力提高17.3%;根据整理前后织物的红外吸收特征,对其折皱及增强机理进行了探讨.The waterborne end capped polyurethane was synthesized from toluene diisocyante(TDI),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),polypropylene glycol(PPG) and ethyl methyl acetoxime(EMAO),and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR).The mass concentration 120 g/L of finishing emulsion was prepared with the waterborne end capped polyurethane.The cotton fabric was passed through two-dip-two-dry(60%-70% wet pick-up) process and was cured for 3 min at 140 ℃ et al.The crease recovery angle of the treated cotton fabric increased from 138.73° of the original cotton fabric to 158.7°.The breaking force of warp direction and weft direction of the treated cotton fabric were about 14.2% and 17.3% greater than that of the original cotton fabric,respectively.The mechanism of the wrinkle resistance and breaking force raise was discussed according to the cellulosic molecular structure and FTIR characteristic absorption of the treated fabric.
