摘　　要：油气资源特别是非常规、深层、深水和北极油气资源的高效开发越来越依赖于技术进步,特别是工程技术的进步。进入21世纪以来,国外石油工程技术发展很快,涌现出了一批重大关键技术和前沿技术,文章对其中18项技术进行了概述,其中包括旋转导向钻井技术、控压钻井技术、深水钻井技术、智能钻杆、连续起下钻及连续循环钻机、折叠式连续套管等,这些新兴技术值得我国业界高度关注。Efficient development of oil and gas resources,especially unconventional,deep-seated,deep-water and Arctic resources tends to be more dependent on technical progress,especially the progress in engineering technology.After entering into 21st century,foreign petroleum engineering technology developed very fast and a lot of important and advanced technology emerged.This paper summed up 18 items of technology,including the rotary and navigation drilling technology,the pressure-regulated drilling technology,the deep-water drilling technology,the intelligent drill pipe technology,the continuous tripping technology,the continuous-cycle rig technology,and the collapsible and continuous casing technology.All the emerging technologies worth high attention from Chinese petroleum industry.
