摘　　要：文章讨论了局部Lipschitz的非线性控制系统,指出了关于闭不变集的一致渐近可控蕴含着半凹控制Lyapunov函数的存在性。This paper discusses the local Lipschitz non-linear control system, points out that the consistent progressive controllability of closed invariant set contains the existence of semiconcave control-Lyapunov function.
