多囊卵巢综合征患者瘦素与载脂蛋白A_5的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清瘦素(Leptin)和载脂蛋白A5(apoA5)之间的关系,探讨二者在多囊卵巢综合征诊疗中的作用。方法选择62例PCOS门诊患者为研究组,正常人群26例为对照组。测定血清瘦素、空腹血糖(FBG)、apoA5、空腹胰岛素(Fins)等水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HO-MA-IR)。结果 PCOS患者血清的瘦素、Fins和HOMA-IR明显高于对照组,而apoA5水平则明显低于对照组。相关性分析显示PCOS血清apoA5水平与BMI、leptin、FINS、TG和HOMA-IR之间均呈显著性负相关性。结论PCOS患者血清瘦素水平增高而apoA5含量降低,二者具有负相关,可能与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。Objective Through the research of the relationship between the serum leptin and apolipoprotein A5 levels（apoA5） in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）,this article aims to evaluate the two in the diagnosis and treat of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Total 62 PCOS outpatients and 26 health people were divided into the experimental group and control group respectively.The concentration of the serum leptin,fasting blood sugar（FBG） and fasting insulin（Fins） of both groups were measured.The insulin sensitivity was determined by Homeostatic Model Assessment（HOMA-IR）.Results Compared with the control group,both serum leptin and insulin levels were significantly increased in PCOS patients,whereas apoA5 level was significantly lower than that of the control group.ApoA5 was negatively correlated with BMI,leptin,insulin,TG and HOMA-IR.Conclusion Decreased serum apoA5 level and increased serum leptin level were observed in the PCOS patients,and there was the negative correlation between ApoA5 and serum leptin in the PCOS patients,which might correlate with the insulin resistance.
