室上性心动过速—心室停搏临床心电图分析

摘　　要：结合临床分析1例室上性心动过速(SVT)常规用异搏定后出现心室停搏的临床心电图资料,提示SVT心室率>200 bpm伴明显的ST-T改变、特别是已有血压下降的患者,用抗心律失常药时,要警惕快-慢综合征。The clinical ECG data of one case concerning the supraventricular tachycardia（SVT）suffering from cardiac arrest after routine verapamil were analyzed based on clinical features.It suggests that we should be warned of the fast-flow syndrome while using ant-arrhythmic drugs to treat the patients who have SVT ventricular200 bpm with obvious ST-T change,especially the patients of blood pressure drop.
