摘 要:针对锂离子电池在新能源汽车上的应用前景及其低温条件下的性能限制,尝试对锂离子电池在低温条件下进行放电实验,探讨其在低温条件下的放电性能。本文利用烤燃设备对5Ah锂离子电池充电、放电,通过示波器记录其端电压,观察低温时锂离子电池端电压的变化情况。实验后,静置24小时,测量锂离子电池电压恢复情况。然后对实验数据进行整理分析,通过取点绘制曲线,分别比较0.5C、1.0C放电电流情况下和-20~20℃各温度下锂离子电池的放电性能。综合分析可知,随着温度的降低,锂离子电池的放电性能变差;随着放电倍率的提高,电池的放电容量逐渐减小。Based on its application prospects on new energy vehicles and its limitation on performance at low temperature,the test on Lithium-ion battery discharge at low temperature was conducted,and discharge character at low temperature was discussed in this paper.The charge and discharge experiments of the Lithium-ion battery with the capacity of 5Ah were made by using cook-off devices.The voltage waveforms were recorded on oscilloscope by observing the change of voltage.Lithium-ion battery was set aside for about 24 hours after the test and recovery condition of voltage of the Lithium-ion battery was measured.By sorting and analyzing the experimental data and drawing curve,the discharge performance of the Lithium-ion battery between-20℃and 20℃ and the discharge current at 0.5C and 1.0C were compared.The experimental results show that the discharge performance of Lithium-ion battery becomes poor with the temperature decreasing and the discharge capacity decreases with the increasing of the discharge rate.
