除湿化瘀方对高尿酸血症患者血尿酸和胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观察除湿化瘀方对高尿酸血症患者血尿酸及胰岛素抵抗的影响,探讨除湿化瘀方治疗高尿酸血症的作用机制。方法选择60例高尿酸血症患者,采用随机对照的原则分为治疗组和对照组,分别予除湿化瘀方和别嘌呤醇片,8周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后血尿酸(sUA)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数。结果除湿化瘀方较别嘌呤醇可明显降低患者sUA、FPG和FINS及胰岛素抵抗水平。结论除湿化瘀方有降低sUA、改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Chushihuayu prescription on serum urine acid and insulin resistance of hyperuricemia patients,and explore its mechanism.Methods Sixty hyperuricemia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and were treated with Chushihuayu prescription and allopurinol respectively.The levels of serum urine acid（sUA）,fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,fasting insulin（FINS） and insulin resistance index（IRI） of patients before and after 8-week treatment were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,Chushihuayu was much better than allopurinol in decreasing levels of sUA,FPG,FINS and insulin resistance.Conclusion Chushihuayu prescription can decrease the level of sUA and improve insulin resistance.
