摘  要:目的观察益气解毒方提取物对鼻咽癌CNE2细胞及移植瘤的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法测定益气解毒方多糖提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物(EAE)、乙醇提取物对CNE2细胞体外增殖的影响。建立CNE2裸鼠移植瘤模型,随机分为模型组、EAE组、顺铂(DDP)组和联合治疗组,分别给予生理盐水、益气解毒方EAE、DDP注射液以及EAE联合DDP注射液,12 d后检测各治疗组的肿瘤抑制率。结果益气解毒方EAE对CNE2细胞具有明显的抑制作用,并呈明显的剂量效应关系(P<0.05)。联合治疗组能明显抑制裸鼠CNE2肿瘤的生长,抑瘤率高达56.7%,明显高于EAE组和DDP组(P<0.01)。结论 EAE是益气解毒方中的一种有效的抗鼻咽癌肿瘤成分,EAE联合DDP对裸鼠CNE2鼻咽癌移植瘤的生长具有协同抑制作用。Objective To observe the inhibition effect of extracted parts from Qi-Boosting Toxin-Resolving Formula on nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cell and transplanted tumor.Methods MTT method was used to determine the effect of polysaccharide extract,ethyl acetate extract(EAE) and ethanol extract on CNE2 cell proliferation in vitro.CNE2 nude mice transplant tumor model was established and randomly divided into model group,EAE group,DDP group and the combined treatment group(n=8),and was given saline,Qi-Boosting Toxin-Resolving Formula EAE,DDP injection and EAE combined wtih DDP injection respectively.12 days later,tumor inhibition rate of the treatment groups was determined.Results Qi-Boosting Toxin-Resolving Formula EAE on CNE2 cell has obvious inhibition effect,and presented obvious dose-effect relationship(P0.05).The combined treatment inhibited CNE2 tumor growth in nude mice,tumor inhibition rate reached 56.7%,significantly higher than those in EAE group and DDP group(P0.01).Conclusion EAE of Qi-Boosting Toxin-Resolving Formula is an effective anti-nasopharyngeal carcinoma components.Combined application of EAE and DDP has a synergic anticancer effect on CNE2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma in nude mice.
