摘  要:分析了中国石化燕山分公司制氢装置变压吸附单元(PSA)工艺流程、吸附剂、程控阀等存在的问题,并对其进行了改造。结果表明,装置改造后,当进料中含有3 000~3 400 m3/h的低分气时,产氢量可以达到50 000~51 000 m3/h,产品纯度(体积分数)大于99.9%,产品氢中CO平均体积分数由改造前的57.05×10-6降为改造后的6.30×10-6,氢气回收率大于88.00%,尾气中平均含氢体积分数为22.99%。上述各指标均达到设计要求,改造后装置运行平稳。Some problems of process, adsorbent and program control valve in a pressure swing ad- sorption unit (PSA) of hydrogen generation plant of Yanshan Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC, were analyzed and revamped. The results showed that af- ter reforming, hydrogen yield reached 50000- 51 000 m3/h, hydrogen purity reached more than 99.9% ( volume fraction) , the average volume fraction of CO in hydrogen was reduced from 57.05×10^-6to 6.30 ×10^-6, the recovery ratio of hydrogen was above 88.00% ,and the average volume fraction of hydrogen in off - gas was 22.99% when feedstock gas contained 3 000 - 3 400 m3/h hydrogenation tail gas. And all of the results obtained above could meet the design requirements, and the unit run smoothly.
