甘肃省兰州市1376名女职工妇科疾病调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解女性职工常见妇科疾病的患病情况,为妇女预防保健工作提供依据。方法采用常规体检法对甘肃省兰州市5家企、事业单位女性职工共计1 376人进行妇科疾病筛查,分析不同疾病发病情况以及同一疾病不同年龄阶段发病情况。结果 1 376名女职工共检出各种妇科疾病患病983人次,31～50岁的女性职工各类妇科疾病检出率最高,计766人次,占总患病人次数的77.92%。所患妇科疾病的检出率居于前4位的分别是:乳腺增生373人(27.11%),阴道炎132人(9.59%),子宫肌瘤109人(7.92%),宫颈糜烂102人(7.41%)。结论 31～50岁女性健康状况不佳,需要各方面给予女性职工更多的关注;乳腺增生发生率较高,要引起高度重视。Objective To understand the common gynecological diseases of female workers,so as to provide the basis for prevention and health care for women.Methods To take gynecological examination for the 1 376 female workers in 5 enterprises and institutions from Lanzhou city of Gansu province,using routine physical examination method,and analysis the incidence of different diseases and the same disease in different stage of age.Results There are 983 passengers who has respectively different diseases were checked out from 1 376 female workers in 5 enterprises and institutions,the highest detection rate of various gynecological diseases of the female workers whose age range is between 31~50,there are 766 passengers,in proportion to the total number of 77.92% patients.The gynecological disease detection rate in the first four respectively is hyperplasia of mammary glands,373 passengers（27.11%）,vaginitis,132 passengers（9.59%）,myoma of uterus,109 passengers（7.92%）,cervical erosion,102 passengers（7.41%）.Conclusion Female workers whose age range is between 31~50 has poor health,we should pay more attention to them,at the same time,there is a higher incidence of breast hyperplasia and we should take seriously to it.
