关于综合性大学创新白求恩青年志愿者服务运行机制的思考

摘　　要：白求恩青年志愿者服务自20世纪90年代发起以来,始终以弘扬白求恩精神为主旨,成为我国高校青年志愿服务一项品牌。但受到医学教育管理体制改革等诸多社会因素的影响,这项活动也存在服务理念不明晰、组织管理不到位、活动项目缺乏创新等问题。为更好地形成志愿服务良性运行机制,各综合性大学应进一步明确志愿服务理念、优化运行机制、创新服务载体。Since Bethune youth volunteers service initiated in 1990s, it has been taking the avocation of Bethune spirit as the subject, becoming a brand of college young volunteers service in our country. However, influenced by the medical education management sys- tem, this activity exists some problems in service concept, organization and management, as well as innovation. In order to form a vir- tuous operating mechanism of the volunteer service, comprehensive universities should further clarify the concept of volunteer service, Optimize the operating mechanism and innovate service carrier.
