吉林省失地农民就业出路探析

摘　　要：农民失地是社会经济发展中城市化、工业化的必然结果,是一种正常的社会现象。失地农民问题,既是社会问题,又是制度问题、经济问题、政治问题。在当前经济发展形势下,通过发展壮大地方经济,更好地为失地农民提供广阔的就业空间,保证失地农民失地不失业,实现失地农民就地就业,减缓城市就业压力,促进城乡协调可持续发展。如何利用地方经济就地解决失地农民的就业问题,最终实现失地农民就业与经济发展的双赢,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。The problem of farmers＇ losing land,a kind of normal social phenomenon,is an inevitable result of urbanization and industrialization in the social economy development,which is not only a social problem,but also system problem,economic problem and political problem.Under the current economic development situation,measures should be taken to provide vast employment space for land-lost farmers,guarantee the employment of them,realize the local employment,slow down the urban employment pressure and promote the sustainable development in urban and rural areas through developing local economy.How to utilize the local economy to locally solve the employment problem of land-lost farmers and finally achieve the win-win of the employment of land-lost farmers and economic development have important theoretical value and practical significance.
