摘　　要：当代大学生已进入80后、90后时代,人生观、价值观发生了很大变化,大学生宿舍人际关系也开始产生各种各样新问题。完善宿舍管理,帮助大学生妥善处理宿舍人际关系问题,不仅对大学生顺利完成学业有很大助益,也对大学生今后走向社会健康发展有深刻影响。Nowadays many college students are born in 1980s or 1990s. Their values and outlooks on life have changed a lot. Thus, there emerge many new problems in college students＇ interpersonal relationship. Improving dormitory management and therefore helping them deal with their problems in dormitory interpersonal relationship is not only beneficial for the success completion of their study but also has great influences on their development when they get into society.
