中资银行开展私人银行业务策略研究——以广东省为例

摘　　要：私人银行业务在我国方兴未艾,广东省作为改革开放的领头羊,是中国高净值人士最集中的地区之一,对私人财富管理具有巨大的市场需求,这无疑为中资银行开展私人银行业务提供了发展机遇。本文首先探讨了私人银行业务的基本概念、业务范围及特点,然后运用SWOT方法分析了中资银行在广东开展私人银行业务的潜在机遇与外部威胁,最后据此借鉴国外银行的成功经验,提出了中资银行在广东省开展私人银行业务的四大策略。Abstract： The private banking business is in the ascendant in China. As the leader of economic development,Guangdong Province has the most population of Chinese high net worth individuals; therefore, private wealth man-agement has enormous market demands. Undoubtedly it provides opportunities for Chinese-funded banks to developprivate banking business here. This paper firstly discusses the basic concept, business scope and characteristics ofthe private banking business, and then it uses the SWOT method to analyze the potential opportunities and externalthreats for the development of private banking business in Guangdong. Drawing lessons from the foreign bank＇ ssuccessful experience, it puts forward the four development strategies for Chinesefunded banks to develop privatebanking business in Guangdong province.
