摘　　要：供应链金融作为一个金融创新业务在我国发展迅速。本文主要研究供应链金融中的经销商链式融资,即核心企业为了扶持经销商发展,用自身授信额度为下游经销商订货销售提供融资支持。本文以经销商为分析主体,以其收益最大化为目标建立数学模型,求解在供应链金融模式下经销商的最优订货策略,得出供应链金融在一定程度上能给企业增加收益等结论。Supply chain finance is developing rapidly in China. This paper studies supply chain finance mainly on distributor chain financing model. In this kind of model, the core enterprise uses its own credit to help its down- stream dealer to get financing support from the banks. From the distributor＇ s perspective, the paper builds a matematical model with the revenue maximization. The optimal ordering policies of distributor are found. The theoretical model and the numerical example can demonstrate that supply chain finance can help distributors increase revenue.
