广东省物流企业物流金融发展阶段分析

摘　　要：针对我国物流金融跨越式发展特征,本文对广东省三家大型国有物流企业开展物流金融业务的发展路径进行了探索性研究,总结归纳了广东省物流企业物流金融发展路径理论模型,详细阐述了我国物流金融发展的跨越式特征。模型表明广东省物流企业物流金融业务的发展可以分为三个发展阶段:业务探索阶段、快速发展阶段、业务调整阶段。最后,针对现阶段物流金融面临的主要问题提出了三点建设性建议。This paper elaborates on the development path of logistics finance model through exploratory study of the top three largest state-owned logistics enterprises against the leap-forward development of China＇ s logistics finance. The proposed conceptual model manifests clearly that the development path of logistics finance in Guangdong province can be divided into three phases： exploratory phase, rapid development phase, and restructuring phase. And at the end of the paper, three constructive suggestions against the main problems are given.
