摘　　要：经济的全球化加速了对国际化人才的需要,培养具有国际视野的计算机精英人才成为研究型大学计算机专业的重要任务之一。学生、教师、国际化联合培养环境是培养国际视野计算机精英人才的必备条件,与国际接轨的课程体系及教学环境、与国际化大学及国际型企业的联合培养是实施培养的具体过程。华南理工大学的探索表明,采用正确的培养方式,可以打造一批具有国际视野的计算机精英人才。Economic globalization speeds the needs for international talents. Training computer science elite with international view is one of the important tasks of computer science specialty in a research university. Students, faculty and training environment of international cooperation are essential conditions for training computer science elite with international view. The processes are curricular system compatible with international standard, training environment, cooperation with international universities and companies. Practice of South China University of Technology shows that computer science talent with international view can be turned out utilizing appropriate method.
