偏头痛针灸病证结合治疗模式初探

摘　　要：偏头痛为临床常见疾病,也是近些年来针灸研究的热点之一,国内外大量临床研究皆表明针灸治疗偏头痛疗效确切。然而目前针灸治疗偏头痛的取穴配伍及针刺操作尚未形成统一共识,对于初学者来说如何更好地运用中医针灸治疗偏头痛还存在一定的困难。笔者在突出中医特色且与时俱进的病症结合诊疗模式基础上,结合针灸领域自身特色,从临床角度出发,分析疾病性质,提出了辨病、辨经络、辨证的针灸病证结合临床模式。本文通过查阅相关针灸辨证治疗偏头痛相关文献,进一步佐证了针灸辨证治疗的疗效。笔者认为针灸病症结合模式是偏头痛针灸治疗的一个可行、实用模式,突出了中医针灸特色,重视临床疗效,值得临床充分运用、完善和推广此模式。Migraine is a normal clinical disease,and also is a hot issue for recent years,which is proved to could get significant curative effect with acupuncture from abundant domestic and overseas clinical researches.However,it is difficult for an abecedarian to utilize traditional acupuncture to treat it because there are not common views recently.The authors reviewed the combination of disease and syndrome intervention model,which stood out the character of TCM and advanced with times,integrated with acupuncture feature,proposed the combination of disease and syndrome acupuncture intervention model.This model was supposed to be valid and utility,which manifests the characteristics of TCM like comprehensive and individual therapies,and worth of popularization.
