酸甘化阴法生津止泻作用探析

摘　　要：酸甘化阴法是中医学的重要治则治法,属中医"补法"中的养阴范畴,在中医学理论体系和临床实践中占有极其重要的地位,但古今医家对酸甘化阴法的生津止泻作用论述较少。本文从理论认识、实验研究和临床实践3个方面探讨在小儿腹泻病治疗中酸甘化阴法的生津止泻作用,初步阐明酸甘化阴法具有确切的生津止泻作用疗效。拓展了中医酸甘化阴法的应用范围,体现了小儿腹泻病的中医药治疗特色。酸甘化阴法亟待利用现代科学技术方法和手段对其进行系统深入的理论探讨和实验研究,以揭示其科学内涵。Sour-sweet flavors transforming yin,a significant therapeutic principle and therapy in traditional Chinese medicine,belongs to the ＂supplement＂ in the yin category of TCM,and plays a profound role in the theoretical system of TCM and clinical practice.Neverthless,there are less ancient and modern dissertations about this therapy of tonifying fluid to relieve diarrhea.In the treatment of infant diarrhea,we have studied about the effect of transforming yin by applying sour-sweet flavors to relieve infant diarrhea from three aspects： the theoretical recognizations,the experimental research and the clinical practices,by which its curative effect is primarily confirmed in this paper.This study has extended the application scope of traditional soursweet flavors transforming yin therapy,and embodied the specialty of infantile diarrhea treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Sour-sweet flavors transforming yin therapy need urgently to use modern science and technology methods to carry on systematic and in-depth theoretical discussion and experimental research,in order to reveal the scientific connotation.
