内外同治综合疗法治疗支气管哮喘虚哮证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过多中心随机对照试验观察内外同治疗法干预哮病急性发作期虚哮证的临床疗效。方法:通过网络随机将120例支气管哮喘急性发作期虚哮证的患者分为试验组和对照组各60例,试验组采用固本养肺贴膏穴位贴敷联合固本平喘颗粒口服治疗,对照组采用布地奈德吸入剂和口服茶碱缓释片治疗,疗程10d。观察中医证候积分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分和第1秒用力呼气量占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)等的变化。结果:治疗后两组ACT评分和FEV1%与治疗前比较均明显升高,有显著性差异(P<0.01);组间比较无显著性差异。治疗后两组中医证候积分明显降低,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),试验组的中医证候改善有效率好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内外同治综合疗法可显著提高支气管哮喘发作期虚哮证患者ACT评分、肺功能,改善证候评分,具有良好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of combined therapy of external point application and herbal concentrate granules on treating acute exacerbation period asthma（deficiency syndrome） by multicenter randomized controlled trial.Methods： 120 patients suffering acute exacerbation period bronchial asthma were randomized to control group 60 cases and treatment group 60 cases.Control group was given Budesonide Inhaler and Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets.Treatment group 60 coses was given combined therapy of external point application and herbal concentrate granules for 10 days.TCM syndrome scores,ACT scores and FEV1% were observed.Results： After treatment,ACT scores and FEV1% in both groups increased significantly（P0.01）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment（P0.01）.Meanwhile,the effective rate of TCM symptoms was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The combined therapy of external point application and herbal concentrate granules on treating acute exacerbation period bronchial asthma was effective in ACT scores,FEV1% and TCM symptom scores.
