摘  要:目的:对人参茎生长发育过程中苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH),α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α-GPD)4种氧化还原酶的活力进行比较。方法:分别于展叶期、开花期、结果期、果熟期、枯萎期采取人参茎样品。采用中性缓冲液提取粗酶液,应用分光光度法测有定MDH、LDH、G6PDH、α-GPD的活力。结果:在人参茎生长发育过程中MDH和LDH在各个时期都出现活力高峰,G6PDH和α-GPD活力在展叶期出现整个生长季的峰值。结论:人参茎中的MDH、LDH、G6PDH、α-GPD的活力可以为人参长势优劣评估指标。Objective: To compare the activities of four kinds of oxidoreductases including malata Dehydrogenase(Malate Dehydrogenase MDH),Lactate Dehydrogenase(Lactate Dehydrogenase LDH),Glucose 6-phosphate Dehydrogenase(Glucose-6-phosphate Dehydrogenase G6PDH),alpha phosphoric acid glycerin Dehydrogenase(alpha Glycerophosphate Dehydrogenase alpha GPD) in the growth and development process of ginseng stem.Methods: In the exhibition leaf stage and flowering time,green fruiting,red fruits period,wither period take ginseng stem samples respectively.extracting the thick enzyme liquid by neuter buffer solution,measuring the activities of MDH,LDH,G6PDH,alpha GPD.by spectrophotometry Results: The the vitalities of MDH and LDH of ginseng stem were in the peak throughout the growing season,the the vitalities of G6PDH and α-GPD of ginseng stem were in the peak in the exhibition leaf stage throughout the growing season.Conclusion: The the vitalities of MDH,LDH,G6PDH and α-GPD,of ginseng stem could be the evaluation indexes of growing quality of ginseng.
