论半夏白术天麻汤在高血压病中的运用

摘　　要：半夏白术天麻汤为治疗高血压病的常用经典名方。其方证特征为头晕头痛头沉,如有物裹,容易胸闷心悸,胃脘痞闷,恶心呕吐,下肢酸软无力,或下肢轻度水肿,按之凹陷,小便不利,大便或溏或秘,舌苔白腻,脉濡滑等。临床将容易出现这类方证特征的体质类型称之为"半夏白术天麻汤体质"。以本方为基本方治疗高血压病每获良效,可以达到较好的降压及改善症状效果。Banxia Baishu Tianma Tang（Decoction of Pinellia Ternate,Atractylodes Macrocephala and Gastrodia Elata） is a classical prescription for treating hypertension.The characteristic of formula syndrome include dizziness,headache,chest distress,palpitation,poor appetite,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,lumbar heaviness,heaviness in lower extremity,edema,dysuria,constipation,or loose stool,white and greasy fur,soft and slippery pulse.The identical characteristics of constitution are found among the patients treated by the decoction,which can be called ＂Banxia Baishu Tianma Tang Constitution＂.Banxia Baishu Tianma Tang can be used as a basic prescription to treat hypertension,which has significantly antihypertensive effect.
