丹参及其制剂对脊髓损伤的保护作用及机制研究概况

摘　　要：脊髓损伤(SCI)所造成的截瘫是长期未能解决的医学难题之一。近年来,对丹参及其制剂在脊髓损伤中的保护作用及机制的研究已有长足进展,丹参及其制剂主要通过抑制细胞凋亡、增加脊髓损伤区的血流量、抑制神经元凋亡、调节细胞内水、钙离子的浓度、减轻炎性反应、促进基因及神经丝表达等方式减轻脊髓损伤所导致的一系列病理生理损伤。本文针对近几年丹参及其制剂防治SCI的一些研究进行汇总研究,发现丹参作为一种常用的活血化瘀中药对脊髓损伤能起到一定的保护作用。Paraplegia caused by spinal cord injury（SCI）is a long-term unresolved medical problem.Recently,the research on the study of protective effects and mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza and its preparations on spinal cord injury has made good progress.A series of pathophysiological damages caused by spinal cord injury by using salvia miltiorrhiza and its preparations such as inhibition of apootosis,increasing of blood flow to spinal cord injury,inhibition of neuronal apoptosis,regulation of intracellular water,concentration of calciumions,reduction of inflammation,and promotion of neurofilament and gene expression,etc.In this paper,we review the research of salvia miltiorrhiza and its preparations for the prevention and treatment on SCI based on related documents.
