摘　　要：文章简要介绍了代谢组学的基本理论与研究手段;综述了代谢组学技术在冠心病研究领域中的应用情况,尤其在冠心病诊断及中医辨证分型中的应用;并对代谢组学技术在冠心病研究中的应用做出展望。Metabonomics,as an important branch of system biology,has become one of the main researches in recent years.This article introduced the basic theories andmethods of metabonomics briefly;reviewed the applications of metabonomics technology on the studies of coronary heart disease,especially in disease diagnosis and the differentiation for syndrome classification of traditional Chinese medicine;and made a prospect of the development of metabonomics technology in the further research of coronary artery disease.
