药用大黄地上部位蒽醌类成分研究

摘　　要：目的:进行药用大黄地上部位叶与地下部分根中蒽醌类成分含量比较。方法:通过紫外分光光度计测定并比较药用大黄叶与根总蒽醌及游离蒽醌含量;通过HPLC法测定5种代表性蒽醌含量。结果:药用大黄根中总蒽醌、游离蒽醌总量以及5种代表性蒽醌总量均高于叶,其中药用大黄叶中大黄素、大黄酚含量相对较高,可分别达到0.05%和0.03%。结论:药用大黄地上部位蒽醌含量相对较小,但是可以作为药用替代资源。Objective： To compare the contents of anthraquinones in various parts of root and leaf of Rheum officinale Baill..Methods： Total anthraquinone and free anthraquinone were investigated with UV and the contents of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcione were quantified with HPLC.Results： The content of total anthraquinones and free anthraquinones in root was higher than that in leaf,while the content of emodin,chrysophanol in leaf was far higher than that in other components,which were 0.05% and 0.03%.Conclusion： anthraquinones of aerial part of Rheum officinale Baill.are less than root,while it can be used as alternative resources of officinal parts.
