摘　　要：目的:观察心泰胶囊对大鼠冠脉结扎致急性心肌梗死模型及垂体后叶素致大鼠心肌缺血的影响,证实其对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:大鼠自主呼吸下冠状动脉结扎致心肌梗死模型,尾静脉注射垂体后叶素致急性心肌缺血模型,记录心电图及测定心肌梗死范围、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)。结果:心泰胶囊可降低大鼠心电图T波抬高幅度;降低血清LDH、CK水平;缩小冠脉结扎大鼠急性心肌缺血的梗死范围。结论:心泰胶囊对心肌缺血动物模型具有保护作用。Objective： Observe the influence on acute myocardial infarction model by ligating the coronary artery and myocardial ischemia model induced by hypophysin to confirm that Xintai Capsule could protect the myocardial cells in rats.Methods： Ligating the coronary artery in spontaneous breath condition established the acute myocardial infarction model in rats and injecting hypophysin by tail vein induced myocardial ischemia model in rats.Recording the electrocardiogram and determine the myocardial infarct size,serum CK and LDH.Results： Xintai Capsule could reduce the T wave raising range in electrocardiogram of model rats and the level of serum CK,LDH and decrease the myocardial infarct size by ligating coronary artery.Conclusion： Xintai Capsule possessed the protective effects on myocardial ischemia model.
