摘 要:目的:建立最符合中药颗粒剂吸湿过程的数学模型。方法:分析4种中药颗粒剂(祛瘀清热颗粒、清肺颗粒、感冒灵颗粒、板蓝根颗粒)的吸湿过程,采用双指数模型、二次曲线模型、Higuchi方程等7种数学模型,对中药颗粒剂吸湿数据进行拟合,并评价各个模型的拟合效果。结果:双指数模型、一级过程、二次曲线模型的决定系数(R2)均较大,残差平方和(RSS)均较小,综合3种模型的实际应用意义,双指数模型更适用于模拟中药颗粒剂的吸湿过程。结论:双指数模型适合表征中药颗粒剂的吸湿过程。Objective: To establish the most appropriate mathematical mode to meet the moisture adsorption process of traditional Chinese herbal granules.Method: We analyzed the moisture absorption process of four kinds of traditional Chinese herbal granules by using 7 kinds of models such as the double exponential absorption model,quadraticed curve and higuchi model.And then estimate all the absorption models.Result: Statistical analysis showed that the coefficient of determination(R2) of Double exponential model,first order kinetics model and Quadratic curve were all optimal with small sum of squares(R2).Considering the practical application meaning,the double exponential model was reckoned as the best model for simulating the moisture absorption process of traditional Chinese herbal granules.Conclusion: The double exponential was suitable for describing the moisture absorption process of traditional Chinese herbal granules.
