摘　　要：目的:探讨中药方剂金石饮对肾结石的疗效及对复发的影响。方法:肾结石患者204例随机分为治疗组136例,对照组68例。治疗组服金石饮汤剂,对照组服中成药排石颗粒。8周为一疗程,进行疗效对比。12个月后随访,对比复发率。结果:治疗组有效率为80.2%,明显高于对照组(66.2%)(P<0.05),复发率治疗组(1.52%)较对照组(7.48%)为低(P<0.05)。结论:金石饮汤剂在治疗肾结石中显示出高疗效及低复发率。Objective： To explore curative effect of Chinese herbs Jinshi Yin on kidney stone and the effect on recurrence.Methods： 204 patients with kidney stone were randomly divided into treatment group（n=136） and control group（n=68）.The treatment group took Jinshi Yin Decoction and the control group took Paishi Keli.After 8-week-treatment,compaing the effects between the two groups.To follow up 12 months,then to compare the recurrence rate between two groups.Results： The effective rate was 80.2% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（66.2%）（P0.05）,recurence rate was 1.52% in treatment group,which was lower than that in control group（7.48%）（P0.05）.Conclusion： Treating kidney stone with Jinshi Yin Decoction showed high efficacy and lower recurrence rate.
