摘 要:目的通过分析2011年"鼠疫防治管理信息系统"的上报数据,了解各省鼠疫网络直报的开展情况及出现的问题。方法根据系统的查询、导出功能,将各类别监测数据分类汇总,与各省(区)纸报表总结数据进行对比,运用流行病学的描述性研究方法进行分析。结果监测省网报率已经达到100.00%,菌株上报率达到80%以上,血清学阳性数据上报率仅达到40%。监测信息网报率血清学检验高于病原检验,动物病原检验高于媒介病原检验。结论目前网络直报工作已经覆盖全国各个监测省(区、市),多数省(区)能够充分利用系统各个模块进行数据及文档类信息上传,但仍有部分监测单位出现信息漏报、错报、迟报的现象,有待进一步改进。Objective To understand development situation and problems of network reporting results of plague in every province the reported data of 2011in the plague prevention and control management information system were analyzed.Methods All the monitoring data were sorted by using the function of the plague prevention and control management information system which were compared with that from paper reporting results of each province,epidemiological descriptive study were applicated to analyze the data.Results The network reporting rate in the monitoring provinces has reached up to 100%,reporting rate of strains was more than 80%,the rate of positive serological data was only 40%.The reported rates of serological test was higher than pathogenic test in the monitoring information,the rates of animal pathogenic test was higher than medium pathogenic test.Conclusion The network reporting had covered each provinces of the whole country,the most of provinces had made good use of the information system to upload data and information,but there appeared some monitoring units with misstatement,late-reported cases which need further improvements.
