摘 要:采用不同浓度除草剂处理大豆叶片,对4个大豆品种的草铵膦和百草枯耐受性进行研究。结果表明,不同品种对两种除草剂的耐受性存在明显差异,中豆32对百草枯耐受浓度最高为0.24mg/L;中黄10号次之,为0.18mg/L;东农50和小粒豆最低为0.12mg/L。中豆32对草铵膦耐受浓度最高为6mg/L;吉林小粒豆1号次之,为4mg/L;中黄10号和东农50的耐受浓度均为3mg/L。Glufosinate and paraquat tolerance of four soybean cultivars' leaves were studied by using pipette spotting.It was found that different cultivars showed varying tolerance to the herbicides.The tolerance thresholds to paraquat in Xiaolidou and Dongnong 50 were 0.12mg/L,whereas in Zhongdou 32 and Zhonghuang 10 they were 0.24mg/L and 0.18mg/L respectively.Similarly,there was a different level of glufosinate tolerance among 4 cultivars.The tolerance thresholds to glufosinate in Zhonghuang 10 and Dongnong 50 were 3mg/L,whereas in Zhongdou 32 and Xiaolidou they were 6mg/L and 4mg/L,respectively.
