摘　　要：主要介绍发动机冷却风扇的计算方法、实验方法、建模和仿真模拟。利用试验台对某款矿用自卸车发动机冷却风扇的特性进行试验测量,通过CFD软件Fluent对该风扇的特性曲线进行模拟;对试验结果和模拟结果进行对比分析,验证了Fluent软件模拟结果的真实性和可靠性。This paper mainly introduced theory calculation, testing and simulation method of engine cooling fan. After tested characteristics and performances of a mining dump truck engine cooling fan, this paper built the 3D model of this fan and simulated performances by CFD software-Fluent. According to analysis of dates＇ comparative, verified the accuracy and reliability of this simulation method.
