防爆型高压开关消弧策略研究

摘  要:由于从通态变为阻断状态时高压开关瞬间承受极高的电压,会使开关区域空气电离,产生电弧。电弧可能给操作人员带来直接的伤害,尤其在特殊领域,更要杜绝电弧的产生。对高压防爆开关的消弧原理进行了分析,指出采用强风来消除高压开关产生的电弧。在MATLAB/SIMULINK下搭建了仿真模型,对该消弧方法进行了仿真研究,结果证明该方法能较好地避免高压开关动作时产生电弧。Because of high voltage between high voltage switch when it's state changes from conduction to blocking, which makes air around switch ionized, and arc appears. The direct damage may caused by arc, especially in special field, arc should be put an end first. This paper analyses arcsuppression principle of high voltage explosion-proof switch, and point out that arc of high voltage switch can be eliminated by wind. The simulation model was be set based on MATLAB/SIMULINK, and this arc-suppression method was researched under simulation, the results shows that this method can avoid arc when high voltage switch state changes well.
