摘　　要：渗硼层质量的高低取决于渗硼剂及催渗剂的效果。研究表明，采用B4C作为硼源，配合KBF4作为催渗剂，再加入5％～10％的硼酸做添加剂，可以得到渗层较深且渗层缺陷较少的渗层。Quality of boriding layer depends on the boronizing supply agent and accelerant effect. Research shows that, using B4C as the boron source, with KBF4 as a reminder of infiltration, adding 5% -10% of boric acid as auxiliary additives, can be obtained by infiltration layer is deep and infiltration layer defects less permeable layer.
