摘　　要：刮板链是刮板输送机运输的主要载体,E形螺栓是刮板链的重要组成部分,起到定位和联接刮板与圆环链的作用。结合某型号E形螺栓损坏情况、对其损坏断面进行分析,确定E形螺栓损坏形式。通过分析E形螺栓的结构、制造因素、锻制方法、使用及维护等方面对E形螺栓损坏的影响,提出改进方法,提高E形螺栓的使用寿命。The scraper chain connection aid after analysing scraper chain is the major carrier of scraper conveyor, as an important component of the and circular ring chain, E type bolt serves not only as positioning action, but also between scraper and circular ring chain. A model of E type bolt damage in this paper, damage section, determine the failure forms of the E type bolt. A new method to improve the use life of the E type bolt is proposed by study its structure, manufacturing factors, training methods, use and maintenance.
